The Cervialto and the Picentini Mountains
The Picentini mountains are a massive calculation located on the border between the province of Salerno and Avellino. The Cervialto is the highest peak of the Picentini with its 1809 meters above sea level.
To fully appreciate the pristine beauty of these places, we recommend starting the climb from the Lion’s Lion Hill, the Vaccari and Acernese hills. See the unspoiled landscapes where you can see the horses grazing in complete freedom. At high altitude, the beech reigns solemnly and will accompany you to the top of Mount Cervialto.

The path of the Dormiente del Sannio
Seen from Benevento, Mount Pentime of Vitulano resembles the head and crown of a beautiful sleeping girl, the Camposaurus uses her torso while the Taburno mountains are her legs and feet. This is where the name of this route comes from: the Path of the Sleeper of Sannio.
The path that we propose, which can be traveled on foot or by bike, awaits you to know and appreciate the places of this area rich in biodiversity, gastronomic excellences and sites of tourist interest.
The route starts in Montesarchio and ends in Paupisi shows you to visit the territories of Tocco Caudio, Campoli del Monte Taburno, Cautano, Vitulano, Foglianise, Torrecuso admiring the beauty of the regional park of Taburno-Camposauro.
Il Vallo di Diano and via Popilia
The vallo di Diano is a fertile plateau at 450 meters above sea level in the province of Salerno. This area was crossed by the Via Popilia-Annia, an ancient Roman road that from the capital led to the extreme tip of the Italian peninsula, Reggio Calabria. The 30 km long route is divided into three stages, mostly dedicated to the spirituality and the cult of the Archangel Michael, strongly rooted in this area. The first stop will allow you to visit Polla and Pertosa, including a visit to the Pertosa-Auletta Caves. The second stage will allow you to visit some of the places of worship of Saint Michael present in the city of Sala Consilina. The third stage is also dedicated to the cult of Saint Michael with the path that will take you to visit Padula and the Mother Church of Saint Michael the Archangel.
The Cilento Park
The Cilento Park, Vallo di Diano and Alburni is a paradise for hiking lovers. This protected area of over 180 thousand hectares is a Biosphere Reserve and UNESCO World Heritage Site, thanks to the archaeological sites of Paestum and Velia and the Certosa di Padula, is an ideal destination for your excursions. Vesuvius
Symbol of Naples and of the whole Region, our journey in Campania could only end with Vesuvius. The area of Mount Somma – Vesuvio is a National Park recognized for its enormous geological, biological and historical interest, rich in hidden and fascinating corners, unchanged over the centuries.
In the Park there are 11 paths for a total length of 54 kilometers of excursions. The most particular route is the so-called “River of Lava”, a circular path that begins and ends in Via San Vito in Ercolano .. It is a short itinerary (about an hour’s walk) that will allow you to walk on a lava flow surrounded by a lunar landscape.
